GEOGY THOMAS, MD

joined Dayspring in 2000. Dr. Thomas is originally from Illinois, received his MD from the University of Illinois, and finished his Family Practice training at Ventura, CA. Read More… In 2015, Dr. Thomas completed the Physician Executive MBA program through the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He has served as the Chief Medical Officer since 2007. Dr. Thomas loves hiking, reading, spending time with his family, and serving in the church. He is committed to excellence, compassionate leadership, and joy in the journey.

JAMES KILLIAN, MD

came to Jellico in 2000 after Jim completed his FP residency in Beaver, PA. Jim grew up near Chicago and received his MD from the University of IL. Read More… Dr. Killian works at Dayspring Williamsburg. He enjoys spending time with his family and running.

Anne Steptoe, MD

joined Dayspring in 2023. She is from the West Virginia and Appalachia area. She completed medical school at Brown University Read More… and post-graduate training at Duke in North Carolina. Anne Steptoe is Dayspring Healths first Pediatrician.

DEBORAH TERRY,PA-C

has worked at the Dayspring Clairfield since 1993 and is part of the Clairfield community. She completed her training Read More… at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee. She is originally from East Tennessee.

SARAH MCQUEEN, PA-C

moved to Jellico in August of 2008. She attended the University of the Cumberlands(UC) in Williamsburg, KY Read More… and then completed her Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Kentucky. She works as a Physician Assistant at Dayspring Williamsburg and at our school-based clinic at Williamsburg Independent School.

NATALIE WILBANKS, PA-C

DYLAN THOMAS, PA-C

Dylan Thomas, PA-C joined Dayspring in 2016. Dylan is from London, KY. He completed his undergraduate and physician assistant training Read More… in 2015 at the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY. He works primarily at our Williamsburg clinic and is providing daytime, evening and weekend appointments to our community. Dylan’s hobbies include outdoor activities (fishing, hunting, hiking). He is very involved in the youth ministry at his church

LINDSEY PATRICK, APRN

Lindsey Patrick, APRN started with Dayspring in July 2017. She grew up in Louisville, KY and moved to Corbin six years ago Read More… after marrying her husband, Josh. She received her Bachelor’s of Nursing from Murray State University in 2009 and then went to Frontier Nursing University where she received her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015.
Lindsey is working at our Williamsburg clinic and will be helping us expand our weekend and evening hours. Lindsey enjoys scrapbooking, traveling, hanging out with her family.

MEGAN HILL, WHNP

Megan completed her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner degree in 2016 and began working at Dayspring Read More… in March 2017. Megan grew up in Williamsburg and has deep roots in the community. She received her Bachelor’s from Eastern Kentucky University and received her Master’s in Women’s Health from the University of Cincinnati.
Her hobbies include traveling, anything outdoors, and adventures with her family.

LAURA REED, PA-C

grew up in London, KY and received her Bachelor of Science and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Read More… University of the Cumberlands. After graduation, she worked as a PA near Louisville, KY.
Laura’s husband, Dillon, is a dentist with Dayspring Dental. They love hiking, touring historic homes/locations and travel when possible.

KEVEN JEFFERS, PA-C

grew up in Oneida, TN and attended the University of Cumberlands for PA school. Keven joined Dayspring in 2018 and works primarily at our Jellico clinic.

MELISSA HANSFORD, LPCC

joined Dayspring in 2018. She completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology at Kentucky State University, her Master’s in Counseling here at the University Read More… of the Cumberlands, and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Missy grew up here in Williamsburg and has deep roots in the local community. She enjoys arts and crafts, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Our providers work together as a team to care for your health needs at our three sites in Jellico, Williamsburg and Clairfield. We want each of our patients to have a primary care provider who they consider their usual source of care. Depending on the schedule and the type of visit, you may see a different provider on the day of your visit.
