Dayspring Health Announces Larry Rector as New CEO
Jellico, TN – Dayspring Health, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors unanimously appointed Mr. Larry Rector as Chief Executive Officer during their meeting on August 20, 2024. Mr. Rector succeeds Dr. Geogy Thomas, who has served as CEO since 2021.
Dr. Thomas led Dayspring Health through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and the successful acquisition and construction of the Dayspring Regional Health Center. Under his leadership, the organization achieved significant milestones, and the Board is grateful for his dedication and service.
Larry Rector, who has been with Dayspring Health since 2018 as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, played a pivotal role in the development and operationalization of the new Dayspring Regional Health Center. With a strong background in finance and operations, Larry’s leadership has been instrumental in driving efficiency and fostering a positive work environment.

Larry Rector is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of improving team effectiveness, creating a healthy work culture, and maximizing net revenue. He is skilled in leadership, administration, predictive statistics, and various industry-specific software in the healthcare and higher education sectors. His educational background includes an MBA, CPA, and multiple industry-specific certifications.
